TAKE THE LEAD
Create a private group or class. Share the guest code, then approve the people you recognize.
SHOW UP TOGETHER
Enter the code from your host. They’ll approve your request before you can see the session.
Join from the iPhone app ↗Use the app to share workout metrics. This browser is your session board.
CONNECTED, ON YOUR TERMS
Different gyms, cities or mobile networks. An internet connection brings the group together.
Live heart rate, time, calories or exercise. Sharing starts off, and you control it in the app.
Joining a group never starts your workout. You stay in control of your Watch, pace and recording.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION
The native pilot app runs on iPhone with UFit on Apple Watch for workout recording. The website lets you host or view a group from a modern browser. The app must already be installed through the pilot; there is no public App Store download on this site yet.
Yes. Online groups use this internet relay, so members can use different Wi-Fi networks or cellular carriers. Keep the iPhone app open for live sharing. Background recording continues independently on Watch, but group updates can pause.
A class is a private session hosted by someone in your group. It shares approved members’ selected metrics; it does not provide a video stream, instructor marketplace or on-demand class library.
No one in the group until you explicitly enable heart-rate sharing. Then approved members can see fresh readings. Turn sharing off or leave at any time. Old readings disappear when they become stale; the group does not receive your Health history.
No. UpscaleFit is a fitness planning and recording tool, not a medical device, diagnosis service or emergency monitor. A target zone or coaching prompt is not proof that an activity is safe for you. Read the fitness and safety notice.
Yes. This pilot is for people aged 18 or older. Use an appropriate activity and load, respect your limits and consult a qualified professional when you are unsure whether exercise is suitable for you.
